Terms and conditions

By joining the NEOLISE affiliate program you agree to the following:

Commissions. You earn a flat amount per qualified conversion. A qualified conversion means the customer has paid in full, a licensed provider has approved their intake, the 48-hour cancellation window has passed, and the medication has shipped.

Payment. Net 30 to start. Net 15 after 10 clean conversions with a chargeback rate under 3%. Net 7 for proven partners. No clawbacks, no scrubs. $100 minimum payout.

Attribution. 60-day window from the last click.

Traffic. US only. No incentivized traffic. No fake or AI-generated physician personas. No before/after imagery. No brand bidding on NEOLISE, Nexxana, or Omni Health Ventures. No unsolicited email or SMS. FTC disclosure required on all placements.

Claims. Never state or imply that NEOLISE prescribes, compounds, or dispenses medication. Never claim any compounded product is FDA-approved — only the active ingredient is. Use "provider," not "doctor." No guaranteed outcomes.

Creative. Submit initial creative for review before launch. We respond within 48 hours. After approval you may run variations freely, provided they comply with the above. Non-compliant material must be removed within 24 hours of notice.

Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for any violation of the traffic, claims, or fraud provisions.

Approved affiliates will be sent the full Affiliate Marketing Agreement for signature. These summary terms do not replace it.
